General Conditions & Information

Rates: The minimum rental period is 24 hours. Extra hours are charged at one third of the daily rate. Our rates are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and Qatari Riyals (QAR) and are subject to change without prior notice. A 5 AED charge is applicable in the UAE for each time you pass the toll.

Fuel: All our vehicles are delivered with a full tank of fuel. Refueling charges are applied in case cars are returned without a full tank.

Insurance: Our cars are comprehensively insured and include third party liability limited to one million AED, or its equivalent in QAR, for property damage; The insurance policy also includes unlimited liability in case of death or permanent disability caused by bodily injury subject to the country’s court decision.

UAE: The renter will be charged the first 2,000 AED for each accident in which he/she is at fault. Renters can waive accident responsibility by purchasing the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW). The Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) can also be obtained at the time of rental to cover the driver and passengers in case of death or permanent disability caused by bodily injury whilst in the rented vehicle. All insurance coverage is valid only within the UAE.
Qatar: All cars come with a complimentary Personal Accident Insurance (PAI). In case of an accident where the renter is at fault, he/she will be charged for the insurance excess of 2,000 QAR. All insurance coverage is valid only with Qatar.

Accidents: In the event of an accident, you must notify the police immediately. You should not move the vehicle until the police issue a report. Failure to submit a police report to Fast will render you liable for all cost incurred as a result of the accident.

Terms Of Payments: The cost of rental and insurance charges are payable in advance either in cash or through major credit cards.
Please note that debit cards are not accepted as credit identification at the time of rental

Salik Fee : A 5 Dirham fee will be charged each time the vehicle passes through the Salik toll in Dubai.

Driving License: All drivers must have a locally accepted driving license for at least one year. UAE residents require a current UAE License. Visitors should present a valid national and international driving license from their country of origin.

Additional Drivers: You can add additional drivers, as long as each meets Fast’s driver qualifications. Each additional driver will be charged 20 AED.

Age : Renters must be at least 21 years old for rental of Group A - E.

Delivery & Collection: We can collect and deliver cars free of charge within normal office hours and city limits*. A minimum amount of 100 AED, or its equivalent in QAR, is charged in all other cases.

Chauffeur Services: Drivers are available for 225 AED, or its equivalent in QAR, per 8 hours a day. Excess hours are charged 30 AED per hour. A 50% surcharge is applied on Fridays and public holidays. In the case of an overnight stay, additional charges are imposed to cover meals (30 AED per meal) and accommodation (200 AED per night). Special rates are available for airport and inter-city transfers.

Airport Charges: A 20 Dirham surcharge is applicable for all rentals made in Dubai Airport. In addition, any customer who drops off a vehicle in our location at Dubai Airport will also be charged 20 Dirham.

Traffic Fines: For every traffic and municipality fine incurred during the rental period, you will be charged a 50 AED fee to cover administration costs.
