General Conditions & Information

 
     
 
Rates: The minimum rental period is 24 hours. Our rates are quoted in UAE dirhams (Dh) and are subject to change without prior notice.
Fuel: All our vehicles are delivered with a full tank of fuel. Refuelling and service charges at 20% of fuel cost are applied in case cars are returned without a full tank.

Insurance: The above rates includes Comprehensive Motor Vehicle Insurance – Excess, Maintenance, Vehicle Replacement and Unlimited Mileage; or you can opt for our optional insurance scheme as follows:
PAI (Personal Accident Insurance) @AED 150/- per month (up to 5-seater vehicles)
CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) @AED 150/- per month
In case of any faulty accident including HIT & RUN, a deductible amount of AED 750/- per accident is applicable except where Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) has been accepted and purchased.

Accidents: In the event of an accident, you must notify the police immediately. You should not move the vehicle until the police issue a report. Failure to submit a police report to Fast will render you liable for all cost incurred as a result of the accident.
Terms Of Payments: The cost of rental and insurance charges are payable in advance either in cash or through major credit cards. A pre-authorisation on the credit card will be taken at the time of rental for Salik (road toll charges) and traffic fines.

Salik Fee: A Dh5 fee will be charged each time the vehicle passes through a Salik gate in Dubai

Cross border policy: Vehicles cannot be driven outside the UAE.

Mileage: Unlimited mileage for all vehicles on daily and weekly rentals
Limited mileage for all monthly and long term leases for Groups A to Q (excluding G2/Toyota Land Cruiser) is up to 5,000 kms per month; any accrued mileage beyond the limit is charged at 25 fills per km.
Limited mileage for all monthly and long term leases for Groups LA to LU/Luxury Vehicles including G2/Toyota Land Cruiser is up to 4,000 kms per month; any accrued mileage beyond the limit is charged at 50 fils per km
 
Driving License: All drivers must possess a locally accepted driving licence that has been valid for at least one year. UAE residents require a valid UAE licence. Visitors should present a valid national and international driving licence from their country of origin. Please refer to our agents for further details.

Additional Drivers: You can add additional drivers as long as each one meets Fast’s driver qualifications. Each additional driver will be charged Dh20.

Age: Renters must be at least 21 years old for rental of Group B – E, and for group F and above rentals, you must be at least 25 years old, and have a credit card or LPO.

Delivery & Collection: We can collect and deliver cars free of charge within city limits during normal office hours in Abu Dhabi subject to availability of drivers. A minimum charge of Dh50 is applicable within the city limits of Dubai (one way). Outside the city, delivery and collection charges of Dh100 will be levied, charged according to location of pick up and drop off

Chauffeur Services: Monthly (8 hours a day, 6 days a week) @AED 5,500/- (light duty) One day off in a week
Daily (8 hours) @AED 300/-
Excess hours after 8 hours @AED35/- per hour
50% surcharge is applied on Fridays and Public Holidays
Subsistence @AED30/- per meal
Overnight stay outside from the city of rental @AED350/- per night

Airport Charges: A one-time surcharge of Dh25 is applicable on all rentals at an airport location. In Addition, any customer who drops off a vehicle in our location at Dubai International Airport will also be charged Dh25.

Traffic Fines: For every traffic and municipality fine incurred during the rental period, you will be charged a Dh50 fee to cover administration costs. All costs related to car confiscation will be charged to customer.
 

 

To Open an Account with Fast Rent A Car, provide clear copies of the below documents
1. Valid copy of Chamber of Commerce
2. Valid copy of Trade License
3. Copy of Power of Attorney
4. Passport copy with visa page of authorized signatory
5. Credit Facility Form duly stamped and signed by authorized signatory
6. 3 months current dated cheque for the rental amount of the vehicle to be kept as deposit. Refundable after 30 days from end of rental period if there is no outstanding
7. If the company is in LLC category, please provide guarantee letter to be signed by the owner of the company

Document required for LPO Customers
1. Minimum one year old valid UAE driving license copy (both sides)
2. Driver age must not be less than 21 years
3. Original LPO for approved companies
4. Passport copy with visa page of driver

Document required for Individual Clients
1. Minimum one year old valid UAE driving license copy (both sides)
2. Driver age must not be less than 21 years
3. Credit card copy (both sides)
4. Passport copy with visa page and entry stamp copy
5. Payment in advance as per agreed rate and in addition, AED1,000/- will be charged as deposit (refundable if there is no outstanding).

Payments
For credit card customers: The term of payment will be calculated @one month lease charge; 3 months rental amount to be paid as deposit in advance (refundable if there is no liability to the end of the contract)
For corporate customers: The term of payment will be as per credit terms agreed in the credit facility form
Premature termination (before agreed lease term) will be subject to 3 monthly charges as penalty or to the termination date of the contract
